AmilForge built the Raid Companion app as a freemium service. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the app or this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

To provide and improve the service, we may collect the following information:

• In-app data you enter manually (e.g. mercy counts, shard logs, Clan Boss damage)

In rare cases, we may contact you directly if a technical issue affecting your account or data is detected. Such contact is limited to resolving the specific problem and does not include marketing.

The app and website may use local storage or cookies to remember your preferences. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used on this website beyond what is necessary to display Google AdSense advertisements (see Section 5).

5. Advertising

This website uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. The Raid Companion app itself contains no advertisements on any tier.

6. Analytics

The free tier of Raid Companion uses minimal anonymous analytics to help us understand usage patterns and improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. Analytics data is aggregated and never tied to individual users.

7. Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate the app (for example, cloud infrastructure and authentication). These providers access data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The app and website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
